Part Two
Copy-Paste Money Prompts

These are ready-to-use prompts — copy them exactly, paste into Claude or ChatGPT, and customize the [brackets]. Each one is designed to move you forward.

2

Your Sovereign Prompt LibraryClick to copy — paste directly into Claude or ChatGPT

How to use: Copy any prompt below. Open claude.ai or chatgpt.com. Paste it in. Replace anything in [brackets] with your details. Hit send. These prompts are tested and designed to give you real, actionable results — not generic advice.

💰 Money Clarity Prompts

Prompts for Claude or ChatGPT
Money Clarity — I want to get clear on my finances. I earn approximately $[X] per month after taxes. My fixed expenses are $[list them]. My variable expenses are $[estimate]. I have $[X] in savings and $[X] in debt. Can you help me identify: 1) my biggest financial leak, 2) one thing I could cut without noticing, and 3) the fastest path to building a $1,000 emergency fund?
Budget Builder — Create a simple monthly budget for someone who earns $[X] take-home per month. My priorities are: [e.g. paying off $5k in credit card debt, building a 3-month emergency fund, and starting a side hustle]. Use the 50/30/20 framework as a starting point but adapt it to my priorities. Make it feel achievable, not punishing.
Debt Strategy — I have the following debts: [list each one with balance and interest rate]. My monthly budget allows me to pay an extra $[X] toward debt each month. Should I use the avalanche method (highest interest first) or snowball method (smallest balance first)? Show me both scenarios and tell me which saves more money overall.

💼 Side Hustle Prompts

Prompts for Claude or ChatGPT
Offer Crafter — I want to create a service offer. My skill is [specific skill]. I want to help [specific type of person] to [specific outcome]. The transformation I deliver is [what changes for them]. Help me write: 1) a one-sentence offer description, 2) a short paragraph I can use in DMs or emails, and 3) three objections people might have and how to answer them.
Price Finder — I offer [describe service] to [type of client]. I'm considering charging $[X]. Tell me: is this underpriced, overpriced, or fair for this market in 2026? What would allow me to charge $[2x your current price]? What premium offer could I build around this that would justify $[dream price]?
First Client Message — Write a short, warm, non-salesy message I can send to potential clients who might need my [service]. My offer is [describe it in one sentence]. The tone should feel like a friend reaching out, not a pitch. Keep it under 5 sentences and end with a soft call to action.

📈 Wealth Building Prompts

Prompts for Claude or ChatGPT
Investment Basics — I'm new to investing. I have $[X] per month I can invest. I'm [age] years old. My goal is [retirement security / building wealth / a down payment in X years]. Explain my best starting options in plain English — no jargon. Rank them by simplicity, risk, and expected return. Tell me exactly what I'd need to do this week to start.
Tax Savings Scan — I am a [employee / freelancer / small business owner] earning approximately $[X] per year. I [do / don't] have a retirement account. I [do / don't] work from home. I [do / don't] have dependents. What are the top 5 legal tax deductions or strategies I might be missing? Explain each one simply.
Wealth Block Dialogue — I want to explore my relationship with money through a reflective conversation. Ask me three deep questions — one at a time — to help me uncover the belief that is most limiting my financial growth. After each answer I give, reflect it back to me and ask the next question. Be warm, curious, and non-judgmental.

Part Three
Your Daily Wealth Routine

Sovereignty is built in minutes, not marathons. This 15-minute daily routine uses AI to keep you connected to your financial reality — without dread.

The 15-Minute Sovereign Money RitualMorning · Midday · Evening

"The antidote to money anxiety is not more money. It is more contact with your money — steady, non-reactive, sovereign contact."

— Cat Salony, The Soulful CPA
5 min · morning

The Sovereign Check-In

Open your bank app. Look at your balance without judgment. Say (out loud or silently): "I see you. I'm managing you. You do not manage me." Then ask Claude: "What is one thing I can do today to improve my financial position by even 1%?"

5 min · midday

The Revenue Move

Take one action toward earning money. Send one outreach message. Post once about your offer. Update one product listing. Write one paragraph of content. This does not need to be big — it needs to be consistent. Use AI to help: "Write one social media post about [topic] in a warm, direct tone."

5 min · evening

The Log & Release

In a Notion page or simple note, write: Earned today: $___ | Spent today: $___ | One financial win (no matter how small). Then close your apps. You are not your bank balance. Tomorrow you begin again. Use AI at end of week: "I tracked my spending this week: [paste data]. What patterns do you see?"

Weekly AI Wealth Review — Every Sunday, 10 minutes

  • Paste this week's spending into Claude and ask: "Find my top 3 leaks and suggest one swap for each."
  • Review side hustle activity — How many outreach messages did I send? How many conversations? Any sales?
  • Set one financial intention for the coming week — specific, small, achievable.
  • Acknowledge one financial win — no matter how small. Sovereignty is built on recognized progress.

"Sovereignty is not selfish. It is the most generous thing you will ever do — for yourself, and for everyone watching you rise."
